«escudella i carn d'olla» contest
rules
1. To take part in this contest you must register as a competitor before march 10th by calling 972 896 313, on the website turisme@llivia.org or at the Municipal Museum of Llívia (10 Forns Street).
2. The dish (soup and stew with a large spiced meatball) must be cooked at home and taken to the Municipal Sports Pavilion before 12:00. It must be presented separately: the soup in a pot and the meat on one or two trays. These containers will be returned on concluding the event. It is also necessary to add the personal data of the cook in a sealed envelope.
3. The amount of soup must be, at least, of 10 litres.
4. All competitors will receive a gift valued at 30 € and will enjoy a free lunch (tasting of escudella i carn d'olla, drink and dessert). Besides, they will have free admission to the show «Bona gent» by Quim Masferrer, which will be held at 17:00.
5. The winner will be the competitor receiving the majority of votes by the audience and will be given a 150 € check.
