Since 1982, every August 15 Llívia has a date with the contest Ramos Flores mountain. More than 3 decades in which participants, whether large or small gathering flowers environment and make an artistic composition on the feast of the Virgin of August.
Competition rules
1.Hi two categories of contestants: Children up to 14 years; adults 15 below.
2. Jurors may not participate in the contest.
3. Each contestant may submit only one bouquet. Each branch to be made at least three different types of fresh flower.
4. contest will be deleted branches with endangered plants or cultivated. See photographs of protected flowers in the Municipal Museum in Llivia and Llivia schools. Protected flowers are yellow martagon, martagon red, edelweiss, mountain lettuce, Burser gentian, Pyrenean tora (white), lily of the Pyrenees, Paradise. We remind the toxicity of aconite.
5. The jury's decision is final.
